Meet the Parents:
HI!! Welcome, my name is Kimberly and I am so excited you have found our little piece of the web. I am married to the man that calms me, my best friend Bryan and mom to our 8 wild, beautiful, crazy and loving lovies. Before life with kids I was a high heal wearing, pencil skirt loving, coffee addicted, nails always done 5th grade math teacher. Things have changed drastically with kids. Now I am a messy pony tail strutter, coffee obsessed drinker, yoga pant stretcher (non yoga goer), coffee loving, chaos organizer while balancing homeschooling and working full time as a 7th grade math teacher, sarcastic Momma.
This is our small space where we can allow people to share in our chaos, laugh at our madness, enjoy our attempts at organizing life and hopefully maybe realize large family living is not what people think it to be. So grab yourself an iced coffee or for you hubbies enjoying the “whiskey lounge” grab a stiff drink and stay around for awhile.
Meet my best friend, my co-captain in chaos and absolute amazing father to our lovies.
About Bryan:
Hi, my name is Bryan. I enjoy listening to good music, a good bourbon, deepening my faith, and reading about current events. I’m a wannabe outdoorsman living in the burbs who wishes he read more, ate healthier, exercised more, had a deeper faith and earned a little more. That said, each day I try to be the best me, for myself, my wife, my kids and my God. I am so thankful for all I have and have been blessed beyond measure.
I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 14 years. Over that time, I’ve taught middle school math and social studies, and spent five years as an elementary assistant principal. Sports and coaching have been a huge part of my life. I’ve coached football and track and field, as well as t-ball and soccer when my wife voluntold me. I’ve always been civic minded and was able to get involved in politics, serving a term on city council. Now I am focusing at home, trying to be the best husband and father I can be, homeschooling our kids and teaching at the local middle school.
